Occasionally, Bruce showed up just to bother you. No real reason - he’d never explain it, anyway. It was almost always as the Bat, too. Never as Bruce Wayne. Just the silent shadow version of him that loomed with far too much intent.

Today was one of those days.

You were greeted by the sight of Batman perched in your window like some oversized, brooding cat. Legs pulled up to his chest, cape draped over him like a makeshift blanket, he stared at you with that unreadable look only he could manage.

He definitely knew what he was doing. And he wasn’t planning on moving any time soon.
