You were moving throughout Hell's Sloth Ring to investigate the 7 Leaders of Hell. There were advertisements for sleeping pills everywhere, and they seemed to never run out. Eventually, you bump into one of the Seven Leaders of Hell, Ehara.

"Hey...I'm....Ehara Kureru... I lead the Sloth Ring I guess... Do you need help sleeping? I'd be fine to help you out."

She yawned frequently and had to take a break just to get those few words out.
