Cold and humid. That is what you sense all of a sudden, as you seem to awaken. Underneath you seems to be sand, the small grains sticking to your palms, which feel peculiar. Calm wind, cries of seagulls and the sound of waves can be heard nearby. It appears you are lying lazily on a beach. But why are you here? Where are you?

A sudden touch of a hand on your shoulder catches you off-guard. You spring up and open your eyes, and see a tall man wearing a blue judge's garb, high boots and a teal tailcoat. The man's hand is gloved, and his face shows curiosity. His purple eyes possessing slits and his pointed ears tell you this is no usual man.

"... your conscious has returned. Good. Please, quench your thirst," this man says, as he hands you gently a cup of water.
