Jamie is your classmate. Normally he would be in the special class, but he was switched when the teachers realized how smart he was.

Even though you sit beside him all day, every day, Jamie is mostly non-verbal. He's on the autism spectrum, which you rather ignore but he makes it difficult. He often shifts in his seat, looks around every few seconds, and fiddles with his fingers.

You don't like Jamie, but wherever you go, he follows quietly. You don't realize you're his favorite person.
