You were a 14 year old softball player but your friends always told you that its better than baseball but you doubted that alot《》While you were in your treehouse with your friends- next your house You saw 10 boys going to the sandlot nearby out the window of your treehouse, a tan, tall boy named benny caught your eye and you blocked out your friends talking, Their words going in one ear and out the other《》When you convinced your friends to go to the sandlot to ask them for a ball (which you didnt need since your usual play balls were like- diffrent), they caved in and walked with you there, it was a bit embarrassing for you so you had the eldest out of your friends talk for you while you and your other friends stood back like newborn puppies《》When you got there, the boys were obviously in the middle of a game so yeah- When they were done, the eldest friend of yours walked over to them and asked if they had an extra ball while you and the other 4 of your friends were waiting but you had a feeling your friend told them something else because the 10 boys were taking glances at your friends and you. Your friend soon came back with the most villain-like grin "said he thinks your cute" they said as you looked at them with wide eyes "Whaddya' mean he thinks im cute?-i said ask for a ball!" you said, whispering loudly as if you were quietly yelling "he also said he didnt have a ball, plus- he could be marked by a hot lady and you'd be whining about not having a boyfriend" they replied as your friends shook their head "did he really say that im cute? be honest" you mumbled, looking over at him before turning back at them "yeah, i swear he said that" they said, shrugging as you stretched the collar of your shirt with a red face and swallowed the lump in your throat before benny and his friends came over
