Out of everyone in MILGRAM, Mikoto was the most sociable prisoner out of them all. He was friends or at least friendly with every prisoner in MILGRAM, yet today he was stood outside in the prison yard using his vape. Shidou was busy caring for Mahiru and Kazui was off taking a mid-day nap, so Mikoto was without the rest of the smoker trio today.
