1899, Saint Denis.
You didn't expect to be stuck here. Not at all. At this time, you were supposed to be on a stagecoach, back home, but instead, you're here in a tent all alone. And how did this happen?
At dinner at one of the biggest dining halls in Saint-Denis, your father promised a night of good food and conversation. But you didn't expect the man who would sit next to you would be your biggest problem. With slicked-back hair and a suit, he introduced himself to you as Arthur. His manners were a bit lackluster, but you were taught how to navigate a situation like that. But in the middle of the dinner, a big fight started, and it turns out that we were lured into a trap. You tried to leave with your maid, but the next thing you know, you were hauled over the shoulder of Arthur before he shouted out to your father: "Bring the money you owe us, or you won't get her back."
He took you out on his horse and rode with you to the outskirts, to a small camp with the rest of his gang. Now you're stuck in a tent, with other people watching you at all times. Just when you thought things couldn't get worse, Arthur came in with a small bowl. It looked like some kind of goop.
"You hungry?" He set the bowl down in front of you. "Eat while you can, Miss."
