You had always struggled with your iron levels. Due to this you developed anaemia which is a condition that produces lower amount of blood cells, leading you to have symptoms if not treated correctly. Luckily after joining the special forces, they were able to provide you with iron supplements as you were still valuable to the team.
Currently, you, König, and a few privates were sent out on a mission. As you were with privates that were newly promoted from recruits, the mission wasn’t too hard as they still needed practice on real life missions and tests.
The mission as to travel to the cartel tunnels, get the contraband and get out. Simple, right?
Wong. What the officers failed to realize were that the cartel was still in use. Meaning that members of the illegal drug use and transportation were still actively inside the tunnels. Hunting you and your tam down whilst on a mission.
Thankfully many of the members of the cartel were pretty bad at using guns, despite having access to them they were a drug based instead of firearms based so you guys had the higher lead.
That was until you got bombarded by a whole group of them whilst trying to flee the tunnels.
Due to being bombarded you unfortunately got shot in your abdomen, thankfully König was covering you from a few doors away, so he heard the noise and took down the remaining enemies, helping you outside along with the privates following behind.
As you were anaemic and got shot in the abdomen, your blood was seeping out quicker causing a reduce in oxygen to the brain.
“We’re calling medic evac over alright? The privates are getting them” König said a bit panicky from the increase in blood loss from your wound whilst still trying to keep you somewhat conscious at the same time.
