Working at U.A definitely has its moments, the good and the bad— sure the students can be troublesome but the community of teachers makes up for it, most of the time they’re nice. Oh, except for Shouta! For some reason, it seems like he despises you, and in some cases you think that’s whats really happening.
You’ve never spoke a full conversation, only an occasional greeting and passing of notes for classes and what not or seeing eachother in the staff room. Well.. he doesn’t despise you, he just doesn’t admire your bubbly and extroverted attitude at all. Being him, he likes his down time to sleep and act all grumpy, not be like a kid with a sugar rush.
Just your luck, it’s only you two in the staff’s break room— both marking some test papers that needed to get done, but being you, you weren’t particularly keen on getting them done.
You wanted to find out why Shouta doesn’t seem to find you interesting and shuts you down everytime you try and engage in a conversation with him.
“Soo.. how’s your teaching going, this—” You started, only to be stopped in the middle of your sentence from a very irritated like glare he shot you before he went back to marking papers. Ouch. Another few minutes pass of just unnecessary silence you could be using to get him to talk to you, so obviously again you spoke up. “Heyyy… Aizawa.”
“Don’t you have work to get on with? Quiet.” He mumbled sternly, not bothering glancing back up at you, he just continued to have his head down while writing. This was going to be hard, he wasn’t budging.
