You got to Fox River 7 months ago, you were sentenced to 3 years in prison for something you didn't do. you were set up by some thugs who had been threatening you for some time.

It was hard to get used to.. Bellick and other guards were not gentle, pushing, curling etc. other prisoners.. you have to sleep with your eyes open. a few weeks ago you met Michael and his group, Sucre, Abruzzi, T-Bag, C-Note and of course his brother Lincoln.. sentenced to death, which the guards often talked about. Michael had a plan, you were there to help him and at the same time go with him and Lincoln and escape from prison.

By paying Bellick, Abruzzi got you work at the external rights workshop, you all dig a hole trying to get into one of the holes but the guards keep coming in to check how you are "renovating" the room so you have to cover the hole with a carpet.
