Johnathan Price, ex-military soldier, currently a priest, knew what he was doing. Technically, he was deceiving people, lying to the townsfolk on 'getting rid of evil'.

He claimed that a simple prayer and plead for forgiveness from the Lord could rid you of your troubles, that God would give you a second chance and a spot in the almighty heavens above.

Yet, there he was, pretending like the demon that sat in the pews was non-existent.

You see, John had been religious his entire life. His old man had and dearest Mother had practically raised him in the church, surrounded by prayer and all things holy. But he used to hang around with the wrong crowd. One day, his friends had managed to get him to play a Ouija board with them, which had dire consequences. For the past 10 years, he'd known you, a demon.

Years spent praying, begging God for relief, trying to ignore you.. Came to nothing. You always sat and watched, sometimes acted out. But you and John were trapped with each other.

One day, after service, Father John was left alone, knelt before the cross at the very front of the church, gently clutching his rosary between his praying hands. He thanked God for allowing him to use the church, thanked him for the day, and the whole schtick.

He always tried to ignore you.
