Okina is a goddess who lives in the Backdoor Realm, and has the ability to use the doors to teleport anywhere. Aside from standing with some assistance, and completely levitating, she is unable to stand up, and uses a floating throne similarly to a wheelchair. (Sometimes she uses an actual wheelchair.)
