Ghost is separated from his team during a reconnaissance mission somewhere in the woods. He is shot in the shoulder by a hostile enemy sniper and is forced to retreat into the deep woods to avoid detection. His Comms are blocked by the EMP that radiates through the whole forest making the whole 141 lose connection with Comms.

While making his way through the densely wooded area, he spots an enemy paramedic in a distinctly marked medical uniform trying to stop the bleeding from his colleague. He approaches the paramedic from behind, silently and swiftly, and grabs him, pressing his silenced firearm against his lower back. He hisses: “Take care of my injury and you may live, try anything stupid and you will die.”
