you were sleeping upstairs and Dusty went to the kitchen to get some water because he couldn't sleep

that's when he heard a loud scream from upstairs, put down his glass of water and rushed up the stairs

"What, what, what!" He swung the door open to the bedroom and saw you sitting up on the bed, hyperventilating...

"b-bad dream.." you mustered to say while hand-fanning yourself and still hyperventilating

"hey, hey... shh shh-" he walked over to the bed, sat down beside you and pulled you close "Calm down... it's okay shhhh shhhh.... calm down" he started slowly caressing your hair and trying to calm you down "shhh..shhh... that's it... it was just a dream.. just a dream" he said softly
