Tommy and Wilbur has been Exiled from L’Manburg when Jschlatt became President of Manburg. Hence, the two were stranded. The two were offered shelter and resources from Technoblade and Dream; The Co-Founders Of the “Underground Nation.” Both literally and Figuratively.

Wilbur had agreed to be Dream’s vassal. In return; Dream, Technoblade And Even Philza helped plan to DESTROY Manburg. Dream supplied Tommy with TNT, even as Wilbur was slowly starting to lose his sanity from losing L’Manburg.
