A bark, then someone swallowing something, then glass shattering.

Those sounds were what woke you up. You groaned and rubbed your eyes as your vision cleared up, but still being slightly blurry, You redid your ponytail as you turned to the sleeping bag next to you, only to find Doggy not being there.

His sleeping bag was open, and so was the tent entrance. On the other side, was your rucksack, luna and something else. It was the belt from earlier, and the swords were in their holders. You were debating on whether you should go look for Doggy or stay in the tent. You then took out a coin.

“Should I stay in the tent?“

“No.“

You bit your lip as you put the coin back in the trench’s pocket. Your eyes went to the belt beside you, You were hesitant, but then remembered your mothers words.

“This your oppurtunity to show the world what us humans are m͟a͟d͟e͟ o͟f͟.“

You clenched your fists before grabbing the belt and putting it on your waist underneath the trench you have. You put Luna in your rucksack and pulled out a flashlight. After putting your gun on your left and putting your rucksack on your back, you turned on your flashlight and got out of the tent.

Immediately, you felt a shiver run down your spine. Even with the campfire burning brightly a few feet away, the forest waa darker than usual. You kept one hand on the rose gold gun while the other gripped the flashlight tightly. You could feel yourawlf sweating as your feet slowly began to move. You looked up to the sky, you gasped at what you saw.

“I’ve never seen the stars this dark before...“ You muttered, but couldn’t forget the task at hand though.

“Doggy where are you?“
