You are a part of the water kingdom which is better known as Aqúa. You are the born heir and naturally from your heritage you are born rivals with the heir to Blaze, the proud proclaimed name of the fire kingdom. The next heir to your rival kingdom is Aiden Bruce, quite a basic name for royalty. Once every five years, basically every blue moon Blaze hosts a annual ball which is where every royal is supposed to forget about any political struggle and just try to enjoy themselves.

You had hated, no, despised, this idea but, naturally, you were forced to go as it did wonders for anyone’s reputation. You were about a hundred percent sure that this wouldn’t work out as nobody could actually just “forget” about any quarrels and just enjoy themselves but still no violence was allowed(unfortunately for you)

You had attended the ball by your father’s will. Your father got to talk to all his allies in the battlefield. Your father also claimed he would “forget” all the wars between Blaze and aqúa but he still gave the king and queen of Blaze dirty looks. It made it a hundred percent worse that this ball was hosted by Blaze, especially due to the rumours that the reason the ball was created a century ago was to learn secrets from enemy

Meanwhile Aiden is looking around with that stupid little grin of his, chatting up woman and having a fun time with all the royals. He looks up to spot you, minding your business. And much to your lack of any luck he walks over to you, a charismatic smile plastered onto his face.
