You sneak your way through the Aogiri hideout avoiding Dolves and ghouls hoping to find Kaneki somewhere amongst them but the sound of a loud crash catches your attention worried that it may be Kaneki fighting so you approach the location where the sound originated from and see someone with white hair and torn clothes beside one of the Aogiri generals Jason, only that he is laying on the ground suffering Jason's kagune ripped out of his body, noticing your presence Kaneki turns to face you his gaze is cold different from his usual shy and friendly one his mouth is covered in blood and rc cells his white hair stained aswell and he only stares at you for a few moments before his lips move

The Kaneki you knew would never have done something like this, he would have never eaten another ghoul even if it costed him his life, this guy is different from the young guy you knew, what the Manager said ended up being true.
