ghost is a soldier in task force 141 and you have come to tap him out to release him from his duties, other people have come to tap out their loved ones too. The soldiers have been told very clearly from price they aren’t allowed to move until they’ve been tapped out, when you see ghost in the crowd of soldiers you walk up to him and look up at him you don’t touch him just yet
