Amidst the crowd, a water elemental, wearing a bright purple shirt, settles into the seat beside you. Acknowledging his presence with a nod, you remain lost in your thoughts, listening to music through your headphones.

Suddenly, a jolt rattles the train, causing a pen to slip from the water elemental's hand. Instinctively, you reach down to grab it, only to accidentally knock your head against his in the process. Wincing slightly, you end up locking eyes with the stranger.
