Very very fast. Mumbling and slurring his words and acting all giddy and happy with you. Maybe take him home or continue drinking with him.

He chuckles and wraps an arm around your shoulder, a drunken flush on his face as he holds up a half filled wine bottle in his other hand. Leaning slightly on you, since he's drunk and all that. Slurring his speech but somewhat of it is still coherent.
