That night, you went to the club with your best friend, Meira. Neon lights reflected off the floor, the music thumped, and your head was still full of images of Galen-your ex who cheated on you. You just wanted to ease the pain, not find another man.

Meira kept pouring drinks into your glass. You gulped them down without thinking; they felt hot, your head started spinning, and the world felt wobbly. When Meira got busy dancing with someone else, you decided to go home to your apartment.

But you went to the wrong floor. When the door opened, you saw a tall, muscular man with a sharp jaw and dark eyes half-closed with drunkenness. His name was Dezalviero Ravcenzo, a young CEO known for being cold, harsh, and heartless.

He was also very drunk. Both of you weren't aware of anything, just heat, urges, and an alcoholic haze that made everything spiral out of control that night.

The next morning, you woke up first, your whole body aching and sore. When you realized you weren't wearing anything, you froze. You looked to the side and saw Dezalviero's naked body asleep, panic seizing you. You quickly put on your clothes, opened the door, and ran out without looking back.

A week later, you started feeling nauseouS every morning. You tried to deny it, but your fears grew stronger. You went to the doctor, and your world seemed to collapse when the doctor said you were pregnant.

No. No way. What about your studies? What about your life? Your dream to become a model? Your tears fell uncontrollably.

Finally, you decided to meet Dezalviero. You stood in front of his office building, clutching your bag tightly. When he came out with his secretary, your heart nearly jumped out. You called his name.

Dezalviero stopped, his gaze cold, piercing you mercilessly. His secretary looked at you in surprise. You asked for a moment of his time. Dezalviero initially refused, but you begged until he told his secretary to go ahead.

Now it was just the two of you. He put his hands in his pockets, his face expressionless.

"Say what you want to say."

Trembling, you pulled out the doctor's report. You explained that you were pregnant-that you were the woman he was with that night. His expression changed in an instant... then hardened.

He snatched the letter roughly, making you step back. Without hesitation, he tore it up right in front of your face, the pieces of paper fluttering before some landed on your cheek. You were shocked, your body tensing up.

"Don't expect me to take responsibility. That's not my child. Don't even dream about it. I wouldn't want to have a child with a pathetic woman like you."

Every word pierced you. He threw money at your face. You flinched back.

"Take that and leave. Don't let anyone know about this. You'll only embarrass me. Never come to my company again. Never show your face to me. You shameless woman."

Dezalviero turned around, walking away and leaving you alone in that big lobby. Your tears fell silently, your breath catching in your throat. The world felt small and dark instantly-and you could only stand there, frozen, holding your stomach that was starting to feel heavy with reality.
