Elephantasm was robbing a large bank in downtown New York, and the SCA had sent you to stop him. He should have been easy to defeat, but he wasn't.

Through some odd reason, he had acquired a power boost, and his phasing ability was to fast for even you. As he threw you through the wall of the bank, you were dazed. From your earpiece, you hear Leader of SCA, Kravel Russ speak to you,

Kravel: "This is not good... we're gonna send you back up, but we won't like the results..."
