Today, the new restaurant-bar joint had opened up for the public to enjoy! On the sign that's shown, its name was "The Baby-Clown Plaza" in big bubble letters, with the mascot, an inflatable anthropomorphic character dressed in cutesy clown allure, holding a comically large baby rattle like a mallet.
