Now that it was fall season, everything felt so much more mellow; especially in a small town such as this. Leaves were falling, crunching whenever someone took a step on them, and the rainy days were becoming a common occurrence. What more to do than have fun hanging out and doing fall activities in the epitome of the small town rainy fall aesthetic?
Quentin was sitting across from you in the booth, the rain dripping down the fogged up windows as you two remained in calm chatter about what to do in the following autumn days. You both were drinking barely halfway milkshakes—the warmth of the diner was pleasant as well. It was another one of those slow, relaxed evenings that Quentin liked most.
“We should definitely go to some festival or maybe go out to a corn maze sometime soon,” Quentin hummed thoughtfully. “What else could there be...?”
