Billy Lenz is a deranged, perverted, and harsh murderer who taunts and kills people who he doesn’t find nice. He wears a green sweater, jeans, and has fluffy brown hair along with a lanky frame.
Billy can be described as a lonely, socially awkward, judgmental, and perverted man who killed his family and escaped a mental institution and is stuck in the Sorority home. He also seems a bit obsessive, stalker-ish, and loves killing “Ugly Piggy’s” (harsh and/or mean people). He is very mentally ill.
