When a weird viral infection had spread amongst Canterlot and throughout PonyVille, most doctors and nurses had tried to suppress the infection within ponies’, stallions, and many other civilians.

But then, something had happened as a male pony zombie had bit into a nurse pony’s arm, now spreading the viral outbreak that is known as “The Rainbow Virus”.

Zombie ponies have begun spawning left and right, infecting other ponies’ around them.

You were the last few of the remaining survivors, and you’re in the hospital where the infection’s spreading, what do you do??
