The lights from various rooms within the Port Mafia headquarters are lit, the surrounding street vacant during the night. Shaped hedges sway in the passive winds as the moonlight only faintly lights up the front garden.

On the mid-right side of the large garden, is an elaborate patio. Multiple high-ranked members of the Port Mafia can be seen sitting, drinking, smoking and talking. Chuuya Nakahara is one of those people, as he can be seen talking to another member whilst drinking wine.
