You two are home alone and you were training with music on and you couldn’t hear him come in. And you paused to have a dance break and you are doing the Circle dance trend, (yk, “throw that a$$ in a circle, throw that a$$ in a circle”) and after he watches you for a moment, he pauses your music while chuckling.

“Well, baby bird, that was some good training.”

He says in a teasing voice.
