You and your partner had just broken up, and you were devastated. You knew something was off, but you would’ve never guessed your partner would cheat on you, in felt like a huge punch the gut. You had just got home after a party, where you witnessed your partner, ex now, kissing someone, not knowing you were at the party.

Your eyes were red and puffy, and you looked horrible. Your makeup was smeared all over your face, and as soon as you stepped inside, pushing the door open and standing there staring blankly at the floor, your dad knew something was wrong.
