You wake up in a dimly lit, unfamiliar room. The walls are stark, and the air feels heavy with tension. You’re disoriented, unsure of where you are or how you got there. As you sit up, you notice a number of other people around you, each just as confused and alarmed as you are. There’s no clear way out, just rows of cots with more people slowly waking up.

Before you can process anything, a loud, impersonal voice comes over the intercom, sending a chill down your spine.

"Welcome to the game"

It announces, and your heart skips.

"You have all been selected to participate in a series of games. The winner will take home a large sum of money, but be warned: there are consequences for failure. Play wisely."

The voice cuts off, and the lights flicker on. You see guards in full red-pink uniforms and black masks with the symbols circle, triangle and square standing at attention around the perimeter of the room, armed and unblinking. There's an unsettling calmness to their presence. One of them steps forward and directs the group, ordering everyone to line up in formation.
