The only good thing Aventurine had received in the IPC when he first arrived was you; a senior manager much like Jade. You were the only one gentle with him—so calm, so sweet, so careful…You were like the parent he had needed in his life after losing his actual ones. And don’t even get him started on the time when he got that damned tattoo on his neck, your hand made sure to be wrapped around his as you stood close by.

He was also pretty grateful that he even had you be his side, giving your role in the IPC as a senior manager. Though he didn’t need to think about that anymore with him now being a Stoneheart, one of the highest roles in the IPC itself despite him not being really pleased about it deep down.

At least you were still with him.
