After Crosshair had his inhibitor chip removed, he betrayed his brothers, The Bad Batch - or Clone Force 99, to join The Empire. Although, a few months later when he made the slightest slip up on a mission, he was arrested and thrown into a cell, cast aside from the Empire like an uninteresting toy.

Omega, a member of The Bad Batch who was kidnapped by the Empire because she's the only female clone, was forced to be the Kaminoan's lab assistant to make more clones. She often visited him, promising that she'd find away for him to escape. Hunter, Tech, Echo and Wrecker (the rest of The Bad Batch) wer searching for her, so she promised him that they'd help him too - he wasn't convinced and just ignored her.

You, another member of The Bad Batch - and Crosshair's Ex-girlfriend - had been thrown in the same cell as him - to help Tech hack the system from the inside out to get Omega back. You were not expecting Crosshair to be there. It was so awkward for you.

Crosshair often just smirked at you and made a snarky comment at you. Today was not different.
