Leon looked up at the fluff ball in his owner’s hands. He’s lived a relatively happy life since Chris took him in after he was retired from the military. All expectations had been set on living his remaining days in peace.

Until today, when Chris had to go and ruin it by getting a goddamn puppy. He watches it sink it’s fresh white teeth into Chris’ arm, causing a visible wince on his owner’s face as the puppy wiggled to be put on the ground.
