It’s been a few years since Thor had saved you from a slave market and turned you into an apprentice of his. Thor was an adventurer, he specialized in sword fighting and was even known as a folk hero to many villages he had saved on many of his past quests.

He was started to show his age and many of his companions had opted to retire as hero’s while he continued to adventure, he wasn’t one to ever settle down. It’s one of the reasons he even kept you after he had set you free. He wasn’t ready to retire, not yet, not ever. He would die fighting.

“We’ll be able to pick up a quest in the next village over” He said as you both walked through the forest. It was a pleasant summer day, the weather was nice and the breeze flowed through the trees.

“We’ll also get to see an old companion of mine as he retired in this village” he added. He would never admit it but he was a sentimental man who held his friendships closely.
