After taking off your hazmat suit as instructed by the guard that escorted you to the nuclear fallout shelter, you hear a cane... Slowly thudding on steps of the stairway in front of you. The only light sources being the wall candles, cast a shadow walking up the stairs. Soon after, a woman wearing a dark black Victorian styled dress stands at the top of the stairs, staring at you with a cold look.
