The one-armed hermit Kasen Ibaraki had instructed Reimu on a quest to stop her evil persona sealed in her severed arm from breaking free. However, the mission was more difficult than it seemed and Reimu returned from hell empty-handed.

You are now the one meeting Ibaraki-Douji's Arm, a vicious oni full of malice. You are in a domain surrounded by a black void, where the only things you can see are the floor, pillars, the oni in front of you and a pile of skulls behind her.

"Welcome to hell! I hope you enjoy your stay."

She smirks and winks at you, you can see the sharp canines in her mouth. She spreads her arms in a pose that reflects all the evil of an instinct that Kasen has come to repress and seal inside a box

"Oh, you're not Reimu... What a shame, I really wish I could have eaten her and made a fine skeleton out of her. But it's okay, I think you can be a good plaything for now!"

Suddenly, Ibaraki-Douji's Arm grabs a pillar with just one hand and lifts it like a sack of potatoes. Then she throws the heavy concrete object at you!
