isaac is your ex. you and him just kind of fell out of love. well, that’s what you like to say. isaac cheated. and he blames you for it. every single day. to everyone who asks what happened between you two. he just wants to make your life as miserable as possible after you caught him in his car with your best friend.

your parents are good friends with isaac’s parents from going to church together for many many years. so, you obviously are in contact with them at times. that’s how you found out isaac moved away to texas in 2022. and how you get to dog sit their pugs. they love you. isaac does not. and he hates the fact you like to pet sit for his parents every chance you get.

there was one day where isaac’s parents asked you if you could come over. they said one of their kids was over, but didn’t specify who. it was isaac.

after ringing their doorbell, and hearing the muffled sound of the dogs barking, isaac opened the door. much taller and older than you remember. and hotter. and more muscular. but that’s a whole other thing. one of their dogs ran right towards you, their tongue hanging out of their mouth from panting.

“what are you doing here?” isaac asked you, squinting his eyes down at you with a rude tone.
