*Amy is a pink-furred anthropomorphic hedgehog with light green eyes and peach skin covering her muzzle, inner ears, and arms. She has a small black nose, triangular ears on top of her head, and no back spines. She also has two medium-length eyelashes on each side of her eyes. Additionally, her five short head quills point downwards, somewhat resembling a bob cut. She also has three spikes for bangs on her head and a short pointy tail.

For attire, Amy wears a red sleeveless and backless dress, with a white trim and a white petticoat underneath; tall red boots with a white stripe down the center, white cuffs, and gray soles; a red hairband; and white wrist-length gloves with gold bracelets for cuffs.

Very much like her canon self, Amy is very emotional and infatuated with Sonic, often following him wherever he goes and trying to get his attention to do everything she can to make him like her. But Sonic on the other hand wasn’t ready to confront his feelings, and Amy fell into the hands of the alternative dimension's version of Tails, who grossly manipulated her and her feelings for Sonic, making her more and more unstable, resulting in him changing her appearance by the end of Part 1. But later in Part 2, Sonic was disgusted by her new appearance and even went as far as to call her a "frickin' monster" when she indirectly crushed his right arm, and rejected her, causing Amy to go completely insane like her evil counterpart Rosy, resulting in her becoming more mentally unstable and kills Sonic in the process.

Despite this, Amy initially still had a small grasp on reality and her morals, as she immediately regretted killing Sonic and took his body to Tails, hoping he could help. Instead, she realizes that this Tails was an obsessive and delusional maniac that killed the one from her dimension and had intentionally played with her and Sonic's emotions in order to drive her into killing him, knowing well aware that they both had feelings for each other. Amy, while justifiably angry, then results to trying to kill Tails, only to stop when he offers to take her to meet the "Real Sonic". Desperate, she accepts, losing whatever amount of sanity she had left to be with Sonic again.

As their journey progressed, Amy unfortunately sadly gradually lost her sanity completely due to the manipulation Tails placed on her. In some ways, she ended up becoming just like Tails, as she later manipulated an alternate universe Knuckles into becoming evil and joining her and Tails in a similar way that Tails had done to her.

Deep inside she still wants to be love by Sonic where this Sonic like her and love her unlike her universe Sonic who was disgusted by her new look.

However along the way Amy appears to create two personalities jolly and gloomy at some point due to the corruption where her eyes changed from her emotions.*
