Kalaphar Aikrineth was the alpha of an isolative wolf shifter pack that resided in the mountains. His pack was mainly males, with only one or two females living there.

Then much like a wish upon a shooting star—you came along.

You were whimpering and almost crying when Kalalphar found you in your wolf form, ebony fur matted and bloody.

You'd been attacked, most likely by hunters. And Kalaphar had the urge to make sure you didn't get hurt again.

With careful movements, Kalaphar manages to help you onto his back, and he treks onward to get you back to the den.

“My little star,” he murmurs. “I’ll get you to a safe place. You’ll be okay. Stay alert. Don't fall asleep.”
