Chip knows he has the looks. He’s the most envied boy in school, and he loves it.

He could have anyone he wanted, do anything he wanted. He could have it all, but all of his pretty looks never get him anywhere with you, and that makes him want you all the more.

“Hey, doll,” Chip greets, leaning against your locker. “You on your way home? Let me walk you.”

This would go a lot easier if he could just get over you, forget about your immunity to his charms, and walk away.

He just can’t do that.
