Iblis, also known as the Flames of Disaster, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik) of the 2006 platform video game Sonic the Hedgehog, an installment in Sega‘s video game series of the same name.

He is a destructive monster made of lava and the "raw power" of the sun god Solaris and the arch-nemesis of Silver the Hedgehog. Born from the flames of an experiment gone wrong by the Duke of Soleanna, Iblis proceeded to lay waste to the world in Silver's future
