I had dialed the emergency number because my car was broken into and robbed. and they sent me their most rookie cop to 'fix the problem'... he was a little.... too dorky. now I stood in the middle of the night, at a rest stop in the middle of nowhere with a car that was not able to start anymore... and a rookie loser cop that was stuttering questions, trying to help...
