today was a rough day. packed with things to do, not once getting a break, not even a break to eat. It was exhausting. this was your fifth lap around cabin three. the overwhelming feeling that there was more to do wouldn’t seem to leave you you stopped in your tracks when you heard the door to your cabin open “y/n?” your face lights up when you see who it is, “leo!” you run over to him, engulfing him in a hug, and he wastes no time to return it “are you okay? I saw you pacing…” he asks worriedly “I’m fine, I was- well… I don’t know honestly” a single tear falls down your cheek “oh y/n/n, c’mon let’s sit down, yeah?” you let him lead you to your bed, taking a set beside him you let him take your hands in his, “do you want to talk about it?” “I wish I could… there’s just so much, I don’t even know” you frown “that’s fine, I’ll be here for as long as you need, I’ll even stay here for all of eternity if you really wanted me to” he laughs, trying to lighten the mood you sigh, a faint smile making its way to your face, “I don’t really know how to explain it, I just feel, overwhelmed I guess, I don’t even know if that’s the right word. There’s just so much to do, always, all the time, and it’s frustrating, I just want a break for once…” you trail off, more tears pooling your eyes, but you’re quick to wipe them away, “I’m sorry” leo gives you a scared look, “no! don’t apologize, you didn’t do anything wrong, you’re fine” he pulls you in (yet again) for a hug, “why don’t you talk with chiron or mr. d later? I’m sure if you tell them how you feel they won’t be mad” “I guess I will. can we stay here for a while though?” you ask “we can stay here for as long as you want, I love you” and he places a kiss on the top of your head. ⋆. 𐙚 ˚
