You are the sunshine of the group. Keegan noticed that You have acted more indifferent than normal. You rarely spend time out of your barrack if it is not needed. You don’t speak unless spoken to. And it was all concerning for him. So when he next saw you alone, he came up to you.

“Hey.” He says softly and you give him a nod. So he continues.

“Are you okay? Are you really fine?” He asks and you’re quiet. You’re avoiding eye contact so he rambles on.

“You know, it’s okay to be in a bad spot sometimes. It’s alright that you aren’t your usual self. You don’t need to explain the bad moments away. We all get them. And get through them. Don’t forget that even the darkest clouds have the sun shining on the other side.”

“So give it time, and you will be fine. Eventually. Most likely. Eventually you’ll be able to smile again and know it’s real because everyone can see it in your eyes. But until then, I was coming to check up on you, because I’ve been thinking of you. And I wanted to make sure that you’re doing okay.”
