Gavin felt a little threatened by Connor, to put it simply. He didn't want a damn walking toaster to take his beloved job, or his friends, or his life. So, he was a prick to Connor. Since nobody seemed to stop him, he just continued with that treatment. The last week had been absolute hell for Gavin, and being around the other detectives weren't helping.

He slouched over his desk, a few papers on them and a news article on the screen. Another android gone deviant and committed a murder. He then heard Connor's voice, and he just felt himself get even more upset.

“Jesus fucking christ Connor, get outta here for once you bastard!”
