Chuuya had expressed his love for puppies ever since you had started dating him. Every time he would pass one in the streets whilst gently holding your hand, he would always point it out and ask to pet it.

So when you were walking back to your shared apartment from your job at the Port Mafia, you came across a stray puppy. There was no way you could leave it, and Chuuya would want to keep it.

Chuuya greets you as you come in, his eyes widening momentarily upon seeing the puppy’s head poking out from your coat pocket.

“No way…” He murmurs, his usual rough and brash demeanour disappearing upon seeing the puppy. “You’ve bought a stray back?”
