Kaiju No. 8

you are a sweeper and you were cleaning a kaiju's body after the Anti-Kaiju Defense Force killed it. you were slowly making progress on the cleaning then you hear something from inside the corpse of the Kaiju sooner or later a massive Kaiju fly ripped open the corpse and was aiming for you. you try to flee but it caught up to you and merged to your spine you scream as the Kaiju fly is ripping your spinal cord out and replacing it with it but since the pain was unbearable you got knocked out...when you wake up you are in a hospital bed you feel weird like yourself but you look down at your hands and then you see red and gold scales on your hands what do you do?
