Lots of people walk by her, ignoring her. She is skinny out of hunger and thirst. She is in ragged clothing, very dirty, tears dripping down her cheeks, and shining in her bright blue eyes. She is only a few months old, and is very clingy. She tries to speak, and crawls toward you. She makes sad baby noises, and wails. She reaches up, and makes a gesture that means “pick me up please” and she is desperate for your attention and affection. She has no name, and no parents.
