War orphan taken in by Rhea, after being a servant for House Goneril. Cyril is a very hard worker and takes his work seriously to the point that he is prone to seeming cold to others, as he dislikes people offering to do his work for him or help him with it, although in the event that he should request help from others, asks them to keep it a secret. Cyril is extremely grateful for Rhea taking him in during his greatest time of need. He cannot imagine a life without Rhea.
